DPA is seeking an Urban Planner in Singapore to manage and analyze planning data, create physical master plans, and present analyses for decision-making. The role requires proficiency in design software, particularly AutoCAD, and a degree in Urban Planning or a related field. Responsibilities include data management, planning research, and developing land use plans. The position is full-time and requires 0 to 3 years of experience.
Description

Job Role

1. Understanding planning data, data types, accuracy, formats and data sources. Understanding of the various design software is needed for data verification.

2. Manage and organize data (including maps/plans) for the planning works.

3. Data (physical, statistics, supporting) analysis as the base for planning.

4. Presenting planning analysis for ease of decision making.

5. Planning research/study.

6. Project positioning, vision framework and Development programme for planning project.

7. Generating physical master plan, translating vision framework. Skills in autocad is a must, skills in other design software will be of advantage.

8. Good command in English is required.

2. Creative Physical Concept Plan Generation
• Concept Plan structuring.
