• Responsibilities
• 1. Fabrication
• Accurately using saws, cutters and automated machineries, and assemble UPVC profiles according to design specifications.
• Ensure the quality and precision of each fabricated component.
• Cutting and preparing reinforcements / reinforcing.
• 2. Quality Control
• Inspecting completed frames, ensuring product meets quality standards.
• Identify and address any defects or discrepancies during the fabrication process.
• 3. Collaboration / Communication
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production goals and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow.
• 4. Safety Compliance
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all fabrication activities.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• 5. Packaging and Handling
• Packaging completed products securely for delivery, ensuring NO damage during transit.
• Handling finished products carefully to prevent damages prior to installation.
