Montgomery Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for OTR positions in Green Valley, IL. Drivers can choose their pay structure, earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually with flexible options. Benefits include increased orientation pay, 401(k) matching, insurance, and guaranteed home time. Applicants need a year of OTR experience and six months of flatbed experience. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy
• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay
• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay
• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:
• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
