• $1,500 per week

Driver Referral Pay:

• Breakdown:
• $1,000 for first load
• $1,000 after 90 days
• $1,500 after 120 days
• $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Details:
• Increased to $10,000 (paid within the first 180 days)
• Weekly breakdown:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:
• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
