About this OpportunityReceives, processes, researches, deposits and preserves documentation of incoming payments and deposit reports in an efficient and timely manner. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcesses documentation and performs timely citywide receipting into financial management information systems. Maintains all deposits, receipts, and related documentation.Gathers, prepares, and batches payments for processing.Receives payments from customers and makes necessary changes.Performs back up duties for Treasury Coordinator, Accounts Receivable Specialist or Senior Treasury Specialist. Reconciles department revenue reports with bank deposits.Assists with billing, accounts receivable, and collections.Conducts analytical research and determines resolutions to ongoing issues; works closely with other departments to provide a resolution to requests from city managers/supervisors.Performs related work as required.
