Job Description

Sunrun Inc is hiring a Traveling Solar Sales Representative for its Block Sales Team, requiring travel to high-demand markets. This performance-driven role involves door-to-door sales and offers uncapped commissions, with potential earnings between $35,000 and $150,000. Candidates must be flexible, willing to relocate for summer, and work outdoors. The position is not remote, as it requires traveling and working in specific markets.
Take your sales career on the road and be part of Sunrun’s Block Sales Team! You’ll travel to high-demand markets like Hawaii, Florida, California, and Texas - closing deals where solar is booming!

This isn’t a 9–5 job. It’s a performance-driven role for people who thrive on freedom, competition, and commission. During the summer months, you’ll work a full-time schedule in a specific Sunrun market for four months. Outside of the summer season, the role shifts to a flexible cadence with an average of one 10-day trip per month.

As a Block Specialist, you’ll travel and train with your team in this high-energy, door-to-door role built for consistent performers and commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities:
• Travel + Collaborate: Work, live, and train with your assigned team
• Canvas door-to-door
• Schedule appointments
• Train, Grow & Learn by attending weekly meetings
• Track performance

Qualifications:
• Must be 18+ years old
• Relocate to a Sunrun sales destination for 4 months during the summer season
• Experience with direct or commission-based sales is a plus, not required
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions

Pay: $35,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
