Essential Duties

· Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships.

· Build strong working relationships with carriers in your assigned region.

· Negotiate market rates with carriers to meet financial goals.

· Maintain a solid understanding of market conditions.

· Identify and address cost improvement opportunities.

· Monitor shipments cradle to grave.

· Problem resolution as issues occur throughout the day.

· Bring new creative ideas to the table to grow our business.
