Transportation Project Lead

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in transportation and Illinois PE licensure.
• 10+ years of experience as a transportation design engineer with at least three (3) years of experience managing projects or significant tasks.
• Experience with project management functions including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and QA/QC.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IDOT design manuals, submittals, permitting, and environmental requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface with clients and participate in public meetings.
