Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Helper, Wind Energy

Sharaf DG is hiring a Trades/Skilled Labor Helper for Wind Energy in Dubai. The role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining solar photovoltaic systems, including roof and ground mount installations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in solar panel fittings, a high school or ITI qualification, and knowledge of PV equipment. The position requires traveling across the UAE for site work and troubleshooting.
Job Summary & Purpose

The Solar Photovoltaic Installer will assemble, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Job Description
• Installing & maintaining panels on the roof of a residential home or corporate office & for ground mount projects.
• Assembles and installs solar panels, Solar Inverter on roofs and other structures.
• Tests operating voltages; calibrates to ensure systems are within acceptable power limits.
• Lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders and moving about on roofs.
• Cutting, fitting and connecting multiple panels.
• Performs routine maintenance/cleaning on PV systems and other related duties as assigned.
• Required traveling to different sites all over UAE for troubleshooting system issues, operation & maintenance purposes, and solar off-grid/on-grid/hybrid system installation.

Requirements

Experience (Yrs & Field):
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Solar panel fittings, Previous solar-related experience preferred.

Educational

Qualification:

High school or ITI Industrial Training.

Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of PV equipment and installation.
