STX Group is seeking a Trade Support Specialist - Deliveries Analyst in Amsterdam. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of Green and Renewable Gas certificates, maintaining compliance with certification bodies, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have 3-6 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and be self-motivated. Full-time position requires residency in the Netherlands and proficiency in English, with Spanish preferred.

Team & Role;
The operations function forms the backbone of any company. At STX, the Operations team works closely with all other teams and desks to ensure that STX continues to perform and deliver at an exceptionally high level. As a critical partner in the business, Operations also guarantees compliance with all the relevant rules and regulations. Moreover, the Operations team works collaboratively to make sure that STX has the necessary structures and processes in place to grow and develop further in new products, industries, and markets.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accountable for the timely transfer and delivery of Green certificates and Renewable Gas certificates on multiple external registries according to contract terms
• Develop and maintain mass balances as required for existing and new product lines and ensure they are it for purpose to ensure STX compliance with the relevant certification bodies
• Receive, store and produce Proofs of Sustainability pertinent to the abovementioned mass balances and ensure compliance with relevant certification bodies
• Establish and maintain relationships with registry account managers ensuring transparency for STX over registry developments both technical and product related
• Manage and educate the stakeholders critical to the processes including but not limited to Traders, Sales Traders and portfolio managers
• Provide timely and accurate reporting and KPIs to facilitate decision making and resource planning

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 3 - 6 years of working experience in a similar position within a trading environment or similar industry with basic understanding of commodity trading/financial markets
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables)
• Exposure to VBA & Power Query is a plus
• Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Creative and open-minded in order to find the best possible solution for issues
• Living in The Netherlands, with Full English language proficiency. Spanish is a preference.
