Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking a Trade Sales Representative for their new Shepparton store. THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a motivated Trade Sales Representative to join our new Shepparton store. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in providing tailored solutions to our trade customers, building long term relationships, and contributing to the store's success.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll focus on driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for both trade and retail clients.

This is a permanent full-time position. The role will require you to spend 3 days on the road and 2 days in the retail showroom. The store operates 6 days per week, and you will be required to work on a 5-day roster.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
• Identifying and developing new customers and confident in cold calling
• Growing sales
• Identifying new product and market opportunities
• Liaising with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
• Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
• Adherence to Stratco's safety policies, and critical safety rules
• Contribute to a safe and positive working environment

ABOUT YOU
• Retail and/or Trade Outlet experience
• Action oriented with strong communication skills at all levels
• Hands-on, practical, and technically minded
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Computer literacy with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
• Ability to build a customer base and attract and manage trade business
• Technical acumen to understand engineered products
• Passionate about creating brand loyalty
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and focused on enhancing the customer experience
