About the Role

We are seeking an Account Manager with previous sales experience at a Sales Representative/Account Management level or similar capacity. Your ability to build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role.
• Achievement of sales, margin and product mix targets.
• The ability to attract new customers in addition to growing existing business.
• Analysis of sales and customer data to identify new opportunities.
• Effective management of a diverse Builder centric customer base.
• Development and implementation of sales plans and initiatives.

You will be responsible for communicating and representing our brands to key industry stakeholders through sales meetings, training and industry events.
What You Will Bring to the Role
• A strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making.
• A comprehensive understanding and previous experience in the building industry.
• Previous experience in a similar sales role.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
