Tier II Support Analyst (3rd Shift)

Akkodis is hiring a Tier II Support Analyst for a 3+ month remote contract position. The role requires experience with Active Directory, Windows OS 2019/2022, server administration, PowerShell, and remote desktop tools like Citrix. Pay Rate: $35/HR—$38/HR; pay rates may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Type: 3+ month contract(potential to extend)

Shift Time: Sunday - Thursday 10 pm-7 am or 7 pm-4 am EST

Job description:
• Experience/familiarity with Active Directory
• Experience/familiarity with Windows OS 2019/2022
• Experience/familiarity with Admin access to Servers with above OS
• Experience/familiarity with PowerShell
• Experience/familiarity with shared drive and file/folder paths
• Experience/familiarity with remote desktop tools such as Citrix
