A dynamic and welcoming law firm is seeking a Temp Litigation Paralegal to support two Litigation Attorneys in their Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation department. This role involves drafting legal documents, handling discovery, scheduling, and working directly with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Temp Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
• Provide litigation support to two attorneys, working closely with the Senior Litigation Paralegal
• Draft and file complaints, motions, and discovery responses
• Manage case files and assist with e-filing via the Connecticut judicial branch website
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and client interactions
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary case information
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in case management

Temp Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Civil Litigation experience, preferably in Plaintiff Personal Injury or Insurance Defense
• Strong knowledge of CT judicial branch website and e-filing procedures
• Experience drafting legal motions and handling discovery
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn processes
• Paralegal certificate or BA preferred but not required
