The role involves supporting the sales team with technical expertise, managing complex projects, and conducting training programs. Project Engineer: Technology Advisor

A challenging position is available for a Project Engineer who will act as a technical advisor and product advocate. The successful candidate will drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales team across the region by providing technical expertise to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Directly support complex projects by making visits, meetings, and interactions with customers to offer customized value propositions.
• Develop and deliver cluster training programs for Alfa Laval employees, channels, and customers.
• Coordinate closely with Project management and Order handling teams to maintain and improve gross margin from order receipt through close of execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge:

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of customer processes and applications, as well as competent knowledge in various separation processes and products.

Digital Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to express personal, concise, and relevant ideas using active listening and digital channels to increase network and secure presence.

Digital Customer Support Interaction:

Proactive, service-minded, and strong in customer care with the ability to take quick actions.

Facilitation Skills:

Ability to train and coach others on products and applications.

Qualification & Experience:

A Mechanical or Chemical engineering graduate with relevant experience and other engineering qualifications are welcome.
