Role Description

This role is crucial to ensure training for Manufacturing processes at Form Factory 1 is documented and standardized and the source of truth is kept up to date. In this role you will have the opportunity to interface with nearly every division at Form Energy as the Training & New Product Introduction teams work with various stakeholders to take our next generation of product and structure manufacturing processes around it.

This role will be located at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV, which is just a short drive outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:
• Work with various stakeholders to document processes into our standard Work Instruction Template
• Work with various stakeholders to ensure all key quality, safety, and process items and fully defined in the work instructions
• Work with engineers to take complex processes and break them down into repeatable and reliable steps & elements
• Work with stakeholders to understand and schedule updates
• Maintain our source of truth documents in Arena and Confluence
