Technical Support Engineer

Carbon Clean is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for their Mumbai office. The role involves being the main IT contact for the office, managing Microsoft 365 changes, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining on-premise equipment. Candidates should have experience with Microsoft 365, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer support. The position offers 24 days of holiday and promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Be the point of contact within the IT team for the Mumbai office and ensure a high level of service to all of our wider team members.
• Be the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure they are dealt with in a timely fashion, Ensuring the team adheres to the wider business service level agreements.
• Manage changes to our Microsoft 356 environment and escalate internally or with 3rd parties as required.
• Work with the senior IT team on strategic and operational projects.
• Provide proactive maintenance of our on-premise equipment, including but not limited to Networking, audio-visual, building security and unified communications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements
• Enjoy working as part of a distributed multiple-disciplinary technical team.
• Experience in working within a Microsoft 365 cloud-based environment including the advanced features of E5 licences.
• Have a passion for providing exceptional customer / technical support to our team members.
• Enjoy working with the advanced features of the Microsoft 365 Ecosphere and look for exciting ways to innovate and bring value to the organisation.
• Have experience working independently on support/ technical issues and working with third parties where required.
• Excellent verball and written communication skills
