Technical Solutions Engineer

Hoenergy(H) is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer in the Philippines to lead the planning and development of energy storage solutions. Responsibilities include formulating technical strategies, guiding the technical team, solving integration problems, and providing technical support for system integration. The role involves enhancing technical service capabilities and ensuring project implementation. The position is full-time with a salary range of RMB 25K–RMB 30K per month.
1. According to the company's strategic planning, market policy and customer needs, participate in the planning of energy storage business direction and grasp the technical route;
2. Lead the technical team to formulate comprehensive technical solutions for energy storage systems, provide key technical research, technical risk assessment, technical support and decision-making, and form technical service capabilities;
3. Responsible for guiding, handling, coordinating and solving major technical service problems of the company's system integration, and enhancing the competitiveness of the company's integration solutions;
4. Responsible for the energy storage system integration technology system, including the specification and definition of technical standards, the selection and maintenance of related devices, and the review of technical solutions;
5. Solve integration technical problems, investigate and explore customer needs, and propose targeted solutions;
6. Responsible for the production, testing guidance and fault handling of the energy storage integrated system, guiding the on-site construction, providing technical support, and cooperating with the engineering department to complete the implementation of the project.
