The Role
You'll be part of a small team that connects with prospective customers, educates them about the benefits of purchasing home solar and battery devices, and introduces them to Amber's Smartshift automation technology. Your primary focus will be achieving set sales revenue targets, selling home solar & battery packages to residential customers, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve set sales revenue targets, selling home solar & battery packages to residential customers
• Outbound prospective customers, assessing their needs, and explaining how Amber can benefit them
• Understand customer needs, identify potential new opportunities in our product, and provide feedback to the product and technology teams
• Provide key insights around sign-up conversion, conversation trends, and blockers
• Work with the marketing team to build and target prospective customers
