We are currently seeking a skilled and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and drive clean energy adoption through technical excellence and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify client energy requirements and recommend tailored solar solutions.
• Conduct technical site assessments and system sizing.
• Deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with engineering/design teams for customized system proposals.
• Prepare BOQs, technical documentation, and tender submissions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry developments and solar technology trends.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines.
Eligibility Criteria (Must Read): ✅ Only candidates with prior experience in technical sales within the solar energy industry (solar companies only) are eligible to apply.
Candidates from non-solar backgrounds or general/non-technical sales roles will not be considered.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years oftechnical solar sales experience in a solar energy company is mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of solar PV systems, net metering, and energy modeling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical software/tools.
• A goal-oriented, self-motivated attitude with strong team collaboration.
