Benefits: Electric Car + Full Benefits PackageThe role of the Technical Manager – Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
• Technical manager role managing contracts for environmentally friendly roofing; Green roofs, blue roofs, and solar roofs
• Monitoring the delivery of works and ensuring that projects are visited on a weekly basis to ensure they comply with the specification
• Liaising with customers and contractors to resolve any issues that may arise
• Regularly update customers and contractors with project progression
• Dealing with any technical queries during the installations phase
• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Ensuring the project quality is at the highest level to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
• Keeping detailed documentation of on-going projects and uploading to CRM System
• Projects vary in size, ranging from £250,000 to £1.5m

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Manager – Flat Roofing Systems with:
• Must have technical experience within the flat roofing market sector
• Ideally will have flat roofing installation experience
• Must have had client facing experience
• Knowledge flat roofing building regulations
• Ideally will have knowledge of the British Standard Code of Practice
• Technically capable and IT literate
• Relationship builder
• Resilient individual who can deal with complaints from clients
• Organised, personable, and good level of communication
• Comfortable working within a fast moving constantly evolving company
• Driven, hungry and can both work autonomously and as part of a team
