Experience: 10+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

a) Lead the design and specification of BESS solutions for renewable energy and grid applications. b) Evaluate and select suitable battery technologies and integrate them into project designs.

• Project Management:

a) Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BESS systems.

b) Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets.

• Technical Expertise:

a) Analyze system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

b) Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to BESS components and systems.

• Regulatory and Safety Compliance:

a) Ensure all designs and implementations comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

b) Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for technical challenges.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

a) Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project specifications.

b) Provide technical training and support to customers and team members.
• Strong knowledge of battery storage technologies, renewable energy systems, and power electronics.
• Proficiency in simulation tools and design software for energy systems.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• 8+ years of experience in energy storage or related technical roles.
