Purpose

Apply in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. Work independently on complex assignments, lead larger work streams, develop internal team members, and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Own smaller assignments/projects, engage with teams and clients, and develop case studies.
• Interface with clients at higher levels and support account management.
• Responsible for a portion of project revenue and understand its impact.
• Coordinate with other work streams and management, prioritize complex situations.
• Break down and structure complex problems independently.
• Manage complex or unusual assignments with greater independence.
• Begin to influence organizational direction through conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Communicate complex proposals effectively to senior management.
Qualifications

What will you bring:
• Experienced Project Manager with a power engineering background, ME preferred.
• Knowledge of diverse power technologies and owner's engineering services.
• Construction/commissioning experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and Primavera.
• Analytical, flexible, and techno-economic modeling skills.
• Team player capable of managing remote teams.
• HSE awareness, project budget management, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to draft proposals and understand project contractual aspects.
