Job Title: Technical Assurance Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (Min. 1 day/week in LEAF office situated in Stoneleigh, Kenilworth)
Salary: £28,500 pa + + SAGE Benefits package (online discounts and savings)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you passionate about driving sustainability and ensuring high standards in environmental farming practices? LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) is looking for a dedicated Technical Assurance Coordinator to play a vital role in the integrity and development of the LEAF Marque certification system.

Your Role

As a Technical Assurance Coordinator, you will:

· Coordinate and implement key technical assurance activities.

· Support the development of certification protocols, audit procedures, and membership structures within the LEAF Marque system.

· Create technical documentation, including guidance materials and training resources.

· Work closely with certification bodies, auditors, and stakeholders to maintain high assurance standards.

· Lead and manage technical projects that improve the efficiency and scalability of the certification system.

· Represent LEAF at external meetings and events, promoting the LEAF Marque certification system.

What We’re Looking For

· Substantial knowledge, and/or experience working in, certification schemes

· Technical knowledge of environmental sustainability in farming.

· Strong organisational & project management skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

· Data literacy & analytical thinking – comfortable working with technical data and databases.

· Problem-solving mindset – adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused.

· Excellent communication skills – ability to translate complex information into clear guidance.

· Collaborative team player with an independent and proactive approach.
