Team Lead - Supply Planning

Henkel is seeking a Team Lead for Supply Planning in Barcelona, Spain. The role involves managing and developing the planning team, overseeing supply chain planning, monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with suppliers, and implementing process improvements. The position requires participation in local S&OP meetings and steering monthly supply reviews. It is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.
What you´ll do
• Manages, coaches and develops the planning team Manages weekly supply chain planning to meet customer requests while optimizing stocks
• Monitors and steers inventory and service levels of all planning areas of the team Represents Planning in relevant local S&OP meetings
• Develops collaboration with key Key supplier and Purchasing to optimize material supply
• Steers the Monthly Supply Review with Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) planned by the team
• Continuously searches for or implements process improvements with sales planners, production plants as well as suppliers
• Monitors and ensures optimal phase-in and phase-out process
