Precision Group is seeking a TAR Leadman/Straw boss in Oberlin, OH, to oversee the daily activities of the TAR team. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled TAR Leadman Straw boss to join our Turnaround Group. As a Leadman Straw boss, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the TAR team. You will be expected to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and technical expertise will be critical in ensuring the success of the TAR project.


Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in TAR or related field Proven leadership and supervisory skills Strong technical knowledge of TAR processes and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field 10+ years of experience in TAR or related field Experience with project management software Certification in relevant technical areas Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the TAR team Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards Provide technical guidance and support to team members Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success Skills: As a TAR Leadman Straw boss, you will use your strong leadership, technical, and communication skills on a daily basis. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the TAR team, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will also use your technical expertise to provide guidance and support to team members, and to maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.


Your strong communication skills will be critical in ensuring that project managers and other stakeholders are regularly updated on project progress and any issues that arise.
