Talent Acquisition Specialist

Energy Power Systems Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across various roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and enhancing candidate experience while supporting diversity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have senior talent acquisition experience and strong communication skills. Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is the authorised supplier of Cat® power systems in Australia, PNG, and the Solomon Islands. As a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, EPSA provides new and used engines, generators, and hybrid energy systems for a broad range of industries. What you’ll be doing:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business.
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Sourcing and engaging top talent through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
• Screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
• Providing an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Building talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives to attract future talent.
• Strategic talent attraction and building strong pipelines
• Building strong relationships with ELT & SLT
• Supporting diversity and inclusion strategies to foster a strong workplace culture.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technology.
• Passion for creating a positive candidate experience.
• Knowledge of the power generation, industrial, or engineering sectors is a plus.
