Job Description

ALLY Energy is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist for their manufacturing facility in Newton, Iowa. The role involves maintaining quality systems, creating reports, supporting documentation processes, and conducting audits. Candidates should have an associate’s degree and relevant experience, with skills in MS Excel, Oracle, and attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

About The Role

We are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist for our manufacturing facility in Newton, Iowa. The Quality Systems Specialist is responsible for maintaining a variety of Quality Systems through creation, maintenance and control of quality related Oracle check sheets.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Creates detailed weekly and monthly reports.
• Supports Quality and other departments in the creation, maintenance, and control of procedures, work instructions, forms, and other quality related documents.
• Assists in preparing and distributing documents, inspection labels, and forms.
• Performs audits and maintains records of audit activities.
• Provides support to other areas in the quality department.

Who We’re Looking For
• Associate’s degree in business administration, technology or related field and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to create MS Excel formulas and format.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Autodesk PLM.
• High attention to detail.

Location

This position is on site at our wind blade manufacturing site in Newton, Iowa. Relocation assistance may be available.
