IRP is developing the next generation of e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market. We are seeking an experienced, talented System validation integrator to join us. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading automotive players and lead e-powertrain development projects with a top multidisciplinary team.

You’ll be responsible for the following
• Install and configure integrated systems according to specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and internal customers to integrate hardware and software components effectively.
• Hands-on assembly of prototypes including troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• owner of testbenches and validation equipment Technical & Operational
• Finalize testing settings and conduct system tests and performance evaluations to ensure functionality and reliability of test equipment
• Document installation procedures, work processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Technician Integrator or similar role, in a technology-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with multidisciplinary system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with understanding electrical schematics and perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Hands on capabilities (assembly, wiring, bring up etc.)
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Big advantage in a mechanical CAD Desain and 3D printing
