Aspirus is hiring a Sustainability Project Coordinator in Wisconsin to support sustainability goals by collaborating with stakeholders, managing energy reporting, and coordinating project activities. About the position

Aspirus Wausau is seeking a SYSTEM - SUSTAINABILITY PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our SUSTAINABILITY team! This position collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively execute and measure effectiveness of programs to engage the Aspirus workforce in support of short and long-term system sustainability goals.

Responsibilities
• Supporting the organization in reaching the health systems energy and carbon 3, 5, and 10-year goals.

• Growing and enhancing relationships with our system utility providers, Focus on Energy (WI), Efficiency United (MI), Department of Energy/ Energy Star.
,
• Coordinating and monitoring the energy dashboard reporting function (System dashboard and site specific - our most energy intensive sites) to assure we are realizing the anticipated energy savings.

• Coordinating the Practice Green Health annual data metrics to support swift and impactful annual submissions.
,
• Providing project coordination (planning through milestone execution) by assembling status and impact reports to support the progress people-planet-performance value and overall effectiveness and impact at each active site.

• Managing the department project calendar to align financial, communication and education activities.
,
• Coordinating the site-specific communication to stakeholders; high level and project specific.
,
• Supporting the development and delivery of training to motivate and enroll staff to have a sense of purpose with the site specific conservation success across the health system.

• Assembling the staff facing website project idea intake submissions and advancement status.
,
• Aligning and supporting the annual department budget processing activities to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability or comparable Business Management required.
,
• 2 to 3 years of experience with energy efficiency, waste or environmental program coordination/ implementation / management.
,
• Demonstrates success collaborating with multiple teams on concurrent complex initiatives.
,
• A minimum of three years' work experience coordinating projects and associated reports.
,
• Experience managing project and program status reports.

Nice-to-haves
• Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) preferred but not required.
,
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred but not required.
,
• Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred but not required.
,
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
