Job Description
BYD Australia is seeking a System Maintenance Specialist (DMS) based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. The role involves integrating and overseeing the Dealer Management System, collaborating with the aftersales team, monitoring DMS effectiveness, and providing training. Candidates should have a relevant degree, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred. The position offers a salary of A$80K–A$100K per year and is full-time.

About the Role
Based in BYD's Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, this role will support our upcoming New Brand. On offer is a Parts Specialist position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
• Introduce, build and oversee the integration of Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring seamless data flow and functionality that supports business processes.
• Work closely with headquarters and the Australia aftersales team to understand their specific needs and challenges, translating these into actionable insights for system enhancements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DMS solutions and aftersales processes, recommending improvements based on feedback and performance metrics to enhance users' satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide functionality training of DMS to the Aftersales team and the dealers.
Key requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Information Technology.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to produce clear and concise project progress and performance reports.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin are highly regarded.
