By joining our team, you will be asked to: Solve complex problems by asking the “so what” and joining the dots Provide sound advice using data-based analysis to inform decisions and shape the bigger picture Drive the delivery of outputs and shared outcomes hand-in-hand with the clients you serve Guide stakeholders along a journey they may find uncomfortable and overwhelming at times Join a team of generalists and technical experts who may approach tasks from differing angles. Knowledge and experience : We are looking for energetic, positive, and collaborative professionals who are interested in a career in management consulting with an interest in one or more of the following areas: Digital and Technology : People and Organisational Development : Defence Strategy and Industry : Assurance : Creative and Design : Legal Services : CFO Professional Services : Advisory : Program Design and Delivery What success looks like for this role : Being a trusted advisor to government managers and executives Building relationships with a range of stakeholders Performing research and analysis to develop project documents and artefacts Developing engaging presentations or visual material to communicate with a range of audiences Strong communication skills (written and oral) to develop arguments and provide a logical evidence base to engage a range of audiences Ability to be agile and flexible in your approach Professionalism, diligence and organisational skills. Qualifications : Additional information : Must be an Australian citizen. Must have the ability to obtain and hold a Baseline Security Clearance.
