Sustainable Wood Supply Procurement Professional

Domtar is seeking a Sustainable Wood Supply Procurement Professional in Johnsonburg, PA. Responsibilities include procuring pulpwood and chips, establishing pricing with suppliers, using fiber tracking software, managing supply chain changes, conducting field visits, and maintaining certifications. This is a full-time position with no degree required.
Your Role

You will have various responsibilities in accordance with established deadlines to sustainably procure pulpwood and quality chips necessary to meet the production demands of the mill at the lowest cost.

Duties associated with this position include:
• Establishing pricing and delivery terms with wood suppliers.
• Developing competency with LIMS supplier payment and fiber tracking software.
• Responding to and managing changes in a dynamic supply chain.
• Conducting field visits and traversing moderate terrain in all seasons.
• Maintaining FSC, SFI, and PEFC certifications for raw material supply.
