Sustainable Urban Regeneration Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to lead our team in shaping landmark schemes that prioritise innovation, wellbeing and environmental impact.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the design process across multiple mixed-use and residential-led developments, from early concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the design process for mixed-use and residential-led developments
• Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design integrity and technical excellence
• Balance design quality with cost and viability
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and complex design programmes

Requirements:
• Experience working as an Architect or Architectural Technologist
• ARB or CIAT accredited
• Excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
