Job Description:
This full-time position involves leading the design and management of sustainable transportation projects, from concept to construction. You will work closely with clients and colleagues from various disciplines to develop feasibility studies, concept plans, and construction documents. In addition, you will participate in business development and project pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and management of sustainable transportation projects

Requirements:
• Professional Engineering license in MD (other Mid-Atlantic states a plus)
• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering
• At least 15 years of engineering experience developing construction documents and/or public agency construction administration
• At least 5 years serving in a project and/or design management role
• Broad knowledge base in civil engineering, including roadway design, drainage design, geometric design, 3D modeling, and accessible public spaces
• Proven track record of delivering multiple large/complex projects on time and on budget

Benefits:
