Job Description:
The Area Practice Leader will play a critical role in driving growth and leading our Reuse Practice in various regions. This position requires a strong understanding of market trends, analysis of competition, and development of strategies that align with our business unit and national practice objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to develop and drive area practice strategy.
- Partner with regional growth leaders and client service managers to charter teams and effectively represent our brand and market presence.
- Engage with client service teams to drive practice growth, recommend technical resources, and improve awareness of solutions that resonate.
- Identify staffing needs, recruit talented professionals, and inform enterprise recruiting efforts as needed to build capacity for quality delivery.
- Participate in go/no-go decisions, engage technical resources, and identify efficiencies and client-centric solutions that resonate to bring technical advantage to sales processes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in the environmental services or water utility and/or consulting industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally for technical and non-technical audiences.
- B.S. or M.S. in engineering or a related field is required; professional registration is preferred.
