Job Description:

The Arborist Crew Leader plays a critical role in our team's success, overseeing the safe and efficient performance of tree care services. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, while enhancing the skills of your crew members. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage crews performing tree care services
• Ensure crew members are trained for each job assignment
• Communicate with clients and build relationships
• Safely perform and supervise arboriculture tasks

Requirements:
• 3+ years of tree climbing experience (DdRT or SRT)
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
