Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op is a nonprofit organic farmer's cooperative of over 100 member farmers in Lancaster County Pennsylvania, dedicated to creating healthy high-quality foods from our highly maintained and enriched soils on our small-scale family farms.

The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a CSA Site Host Coordinator, responsible for managing our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Main Responsibilities
• Create and execute outreach activities and events to expand the CSA program in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with site hosts and community members to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage data entry, tracking systems, and daily communication with site hosts to ensure program efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Customer service and/or administrative experience in a fast-paced work environment is essential.
• Possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude, open to being coached and learning new things.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, etc.
