Warehouse Associate – Sustainable Energy Systems

Location: Ijamsville, MD (In-Person)

Pay: Starting at $35,360 per year

Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts (Full-time)

About Us:

Sustainable Energy Systems is a renewable energy design and installation company operating in the mid-Atlantic region since 2008. Our mission is to promote and expand the use of renewable energy by installing efficient, cost-effective solar energy systems.

We are looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role offers flexibility and involves a variety of warehouse-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort, and organize shipments
• Prepare and package materials for solar installation projects
• Maintain warehouse and parking lot cleanliness and organization
• Use hand tools and power tools as needed
• Carry up to 50 lbs
• Drive trucks and trailers (up to 16 feet)
• Safely attach and detach trailers
• Assist with mechanical tasks (e.g., oil changes, tire rotation) – a strong plus!
• Work collaboratively with a team
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse or shipping experience
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work efficiently and positively in a team setting
• Mechanical experience is a plus!
