Sustainable Energy Solutions Manager

Solar Optimum is seeking a Sustainable Energy Solutions Manager in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include submitting quotes, following up with customers, responding to inquiries via the Energy Sage platform, booking appointments, and converting leads using Salesforce. This is a full-time position with no degree required.
Key Responsibilities
• Submit quotes to assigned leads in a timely manner.
• Send a sequence of follow-up messages to engage with potential customers.
• Respond to questions from leads via the Energy Sage platform.
• Assign appointments to available energy consultants for leads requesting a phone consultation.
• Book appointments using the sales calendar.
• Send appointment confirmation emails and request necessary documents from clients.
• Convert leads to accounts via Salesforce.
