Sustainable Energy Solutions Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Energy Solutions Engineer to join our renewable generation performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify performance issues and developing strategies to optimize asset performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be working closely with our operations and engineering teams to track and solve technical issues affecting renewable assets.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $90,200 - $127,400 per year. The successful candidate will be based at our office located in Des Moines, IA.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop dashboards and reports to help engineering and operations personnel quickly gauge performance and identify underperforming assets
• Provide engineers with data to inform project strategy and optimization decisions
• Collaborate with local operations groups and engineering teams to track and solve technical issues affecting renewable assets
• Analyze data to provide performance information for use in final reports to management

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution
• 1-3 years of industry experience as a practicing engineer
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical and functional requirements
