Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sustainable Development & Planning Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will provide expert guidance on sustainability practices and regulatory compliance related to urban planning and development projects. Your insights will directly influence our commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible development in our projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic advice on sustainable development practices, policies, and regulations to clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning and execution
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and engineers to implement integrated sustainable design solutions
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and legislation in sustainable development and urban planning
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to communicate sustainable development strategies and gather feedback
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for sustainability certifications and compliance with local and national regulations
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Sustainable Development, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainable development or urban planning, preferably with a focus on sustainability initiatives
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, guidelines, and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM)
• Experience in conducting impact assessments and sustainability evaluations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying sustainability opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
