Skills in physical model building and environmental analysis applications are preferred. The position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth.

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect III to join our team at Clark Nexsen. As an Architect III, you will be responsible for participating in the conceptual design phase, serving as a subject matter expert on specialized systems, and developing and representing the lead technical viewpoint on projects.

This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. You will also be expected to provide mentorship to junior design staff and prioritize your work effectively.
Key Skills and

Qualifications:
• A professional degree from an NAAB-accredited Architecture program
• 8 or more years of professional experience
• Must be a fully licensed Architect in at least one US state
• Additional accreditations supporting the firm's commitment to design and continued personal growth (LEED AP, WELL, etc.) will be given special consideration
• Physical model building experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent graphic, drawing, and presentation capabilities
• Exposure to environmental analysis applications such as Climate Studio, Sefaira, Insight
360, and Lady Bug/Honeybee is a plus
