The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team in Kelowna, BC. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including urban integration, community development, parks and open spaces, sports and recreation, active transportation, cultural landscapes, and environmental/sustainable design.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, working closely with other technical services offered by McElhanney, including civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, and electrical.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems, ensuring innovative and sustainable outcomes.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client satisfaction.

Requirements
• 10 - 20 years of relevant experience in Western Canada, including the Okanagan area.
• Full membership with the British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects (BCSLA).
