COASTAL QUEST is seeking a Sustainable Coastal Communities Manager in Oakland, CA. The role involves leading community-focused coastal resilience projects, managing partnerships, writing proposals, providing technical assistance, and conducting research. About the Role
Main Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Focused Coastal Resilience Program Manager. You will play a key role in supporting and leading our work to achieve our two goals.
• Support and lead our work to achieve our two goals.
• Manage projects independently, with the Coastal Quest team, and partners.
• Write proposals, reports, and edit similar documents for Coastal Quest.
• Provide fundraising, program, and administrative technical assistance.
• Develop conferences and workshops from start to finish.
• Conduct social science research.
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A bachelor's degree with a multidisciplinary background.
• 5+ years professional experience working in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of state and/or federal agencies and environmental regulations.
• Experience managing complex or multiple projects and timelines.
