• About the Position*

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Specialist III to join our team in Augusta. As a member of the Department's Sustainability Unit, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing programs related to the Bottle Redemption Program.

This position involves conducting field inspections, providing compliance assistance to industry stakeholders, reviewing and analyzing program data, managing grant awards, and initiating enforcement actions as needed. You will also work closely with municipalities, non-profits, and the private sector to improve program efficiency.
