Sustainability Summer Internship Programme – ESG & Communities

Convatec is offering a full-time Sustainability Summer Internship in London, focusing on ESG practices and community engagement. The intern will support the Global Corporate Affairs team, particularly in planning and executing the Forever Caring Month initiative and collaborating with a charity partner. This paid internship lasts 3 to 6 months, requiring 20 to 40 hours of work per week, with a hybrid model of 1-2 days on-site.

Sitting at the heart of Convatec’sResponsible businessactivity -Convatec Cares - this internship offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play a central part in delivering a number ofkey programmes and develop broad experience as a member of a high performing team.

Convatec is seeking an ESG intern (full time) to join our Global Corporate Affairs team based at our Paddington, London location (1-2 days a week on site and hybrid) to support us on our journey to embed ESG practices across the company.

In particular, the role will help us shape Forever Caring Month, developing and executing plans and driving employee engagement in the initiative, which sees colleagues commit time to volunteering around causes they care about.The role will also engage with our global charity partner, Partners In Health on shaping colleague engagement and communications around impact.

In addition, you will support coordinationefforts for ESG activity across the business in support of the ESG Business Partner and wider team.
• 100% paid internship – 1891.66 GBP monthly gross.
• 3 to 6 months internship.
• Hours per week – 20h/week, up to 40h/week.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
• Work closely with the ESG Business Partnerto shape plans for Forever Caring Month in November/December 2025
• Liaise with our charity partner on ideas to engage colleagues and develop further avenues for learning
• Support day to day communication and engagement with stakeholders in all parts of the business
• Prepare intranet and social media posts for key sustainability-related days (Earth Day, World Humanitarian Day, etc). Evaluate/manage data and compile easy to read reports, charts, graphs for senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Skills and competences
• Excellent written skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong computer skills including MS office suite
• Ability to track and execute project priorities
• Meticulous attention to detail
