H&M Group is seeking a Sustainability Specialist - Labor Rights in Jakarta, Indonesia. WHAT YOULL DO

As a Sustainability Specialist Labor Rights you will play a key role in driving sustainability impact by integrating it into our business strategies and measuring outcomes. You will lead industry advancements through our sustainability agenda while ensuring compliance with global standards.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

What is Production Its the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people to
• Drive sustainability initiatives by ensuring impactful implementation of social impact strategies at the Global Production Level.
• Guide regional teams by providing indepth analysis identifying relevant training programs and developing resources to enhance sustainability performance.
• Conduct data analysis to inform sustainability strategies and proactively manage risks.
• Strengthen our sustainability agenda by leading stakeholder engagement initiatives advocating for workers rights and ensuring safe fair working conditions.

And people who have:
• Strong expertise in labor rights industrial relations human rights and due diligence within the textile industry.
• 57 years of experience in social sustainability and compliance.
• Proven ability to leverage data analysis for informed decisionmaking.
• Experience in building strategic partnerships with suppliers as part of stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
