Drive impactful sustainability projects as a Sustainability Specialist in a hybrid work model. Collaborate on innovative strategies and certifications to create healthier, sustainable spaces across Canada.

This role seeks a motivated Sustainability Specialist to support diverse projects in establishing green building strategies. You will work closely with senior team members to contribute to LEED, WELL, and other certifications, making a tangible impact on the community. Expect to leverage your technical expertise in sustainable building design while coordinating documentation and engaging with design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams on sustainability project delivery

• Develop project-specific sustainability strategies

• Support LEED, WELL, and municipal certifications

• Coordinate documentation with internal and external teams

• Conduct life cycle and carbon emissions assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• 1-3 years of sustainability experience

• LEED Accredited Professional preferred

• Strong understanding of sustainable building principles

• Familiarity with sustainability tools and platforms
