As a Sustainability Specialist, you'll support efforts to build industry cohesion on environmental sustainability with external stakeholders, drive the implementation of FCC's inaugural Climate and Nature Adaptation and Transition plan, and engage with customer-facing teams to apply a sustainability/ESG lens to high-profile deals.What you'll do:Work with stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities related to business processes and projects, customer offerings and key business decisionsCoach and mentor others to effectively manage performance and best practicesProvide recommendations and consultation on governance gapsMaintain sustainability policies and disclosuresResearch, develop and implement key performance indicators to monitor FCC's overall sustainability performanceWhat we're looking for:Dedicated team player who shines in an agile, innovative and collaborative environmentProblem-solver able to deliver on critical timelines and manage multiple prioritiesRelationship-builder and influencer with proven intellectual curiosityWhat you'll need:A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, administration, environmental engineering or other relevant sustainability or ESG certifications and designations combined with at least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
